About AQG

The Almonte Quilters Guild (AQG) is a welcoming community of quilters who share a passion for creativity, learning, and friendship.

Since 2004, our members have come together to develop quilting skills, exchange ideas, support community initiatives, and inspire one another through a shared love of quilting.

Whether you are a beginner making your first quilt or an experienced quilter looking for new challenges and connections, AQG offers opportunities to learn, create, and belong.

Governance

The Almonte Quilters Guild operates under a Constitution, Bylaws, and Code of Conduct approved by the membership. These documents guide the operation of the Guild and support a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members.

Executive Team & Volunteers

The Almonte Quilters Guild is powered entirely by volunteers.  Our Executive and Administrative volunteers work together to organize programs, workshops, retreats, community projects, special events, member services, communications, and our biennial quilt show. Their time, talents, and dedication help create the welcoming and vibrant Guild experience enjoyed by our members. The Guild is always looking for members who would like to share their skills, ideas, and enthusiasm. Whether helping with a single event, serving on a committee, or taking on a volunteer role, there are many ways to contribute and become more involved in Guild life.  Interested in volunteering? We would love to hear from you.
